About Mice
House mice are small rodents that frequently invade homes, condos, and businesses. They only need a tiny gap or crack to squeeze inside in search of food and shelter. Once in, mice reproduce quickly, and you might notice droppings (small dark pellets), gnawed food packages, or scratching noises at night. Mice can carry diseases and cause damage by chewing wires and insulation. Our rodent control approach includes finding and sealing entry points, setting up traps or bait stations, and removing the entire mouse colony safely.
Signs of Mice Infestation
Droppings, gnaw marks on food packages or structures, scratching sounds in walls (especially at night), musky odor, nesting materials (shredded paper, fabric, insulation), footprints in dusty areas.
Treatment Methods
We use a multi-faceted approach that includes inspection, exclusion (sealing entry points), trapping, baiting when necessary, and follow-up monitoring to ensure complete elimination.
Prevention Tips
Seal all exterior holes and gaps larger than 1/4 inch, store food in sealed containers, keep kitchen clean, reduce clutter, maintain yard by trimming vegetation away from house.
